Covenants & Bylaws
Playscapes often have bright colors and are frequently located away from bushes and trees to provide for the safety of the children using them. However, they should be constructed in such a fashion that they minimally detract from the natural beauty of the neighborhood.
- Playscapes must be located so the view from neighbors' homes and the street are minimally affected. (i.e. it should not be placed at the edge of the property line or in an open backyard without bushes or trees to make it less noticeable)
- All playscapes must be located at the rear of the home.
- Playscapes and/or their parts should be neutral or earth tone in color. (tan, brown, grey, dark blue, etc.)
- All playscapes must be maintained for safety.
