In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Seminole Forest, the guidelines are established to protect, promote and preserve the ambiance of our residential community.
The focus of guidelines for the purpose of architectural control is to strike a balance between individual preferences of each homeowner, and preservation of values to maintain the unique character of our residential neighborhood. The guidelines list specific policies for most projects that have been brought forward during the last two years. These issues include proposals for additions to homes, maintenance and care of residential lots, fences and playscapes.
Exemptions to the Guidelines or to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Seminole Forest must be approved by the Board of Directors.
